Orders processed before 2pm NZST on weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. Otherwise all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. To be eligible for a return, all online purchases must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Any product being returned for change of mind must be:

• In its original condition
• Unused, unmarked and unwashed
• In the original packaging
• Not defective as a result of misuse
• Tags still attached
